Mothers Day 2018

We had a lovely selection of fresh seasonal flowers and foliages to create with, in the beautiful historic Henty Hall on Saturday 12th May. Ladies and their Daughters or Daughter in-laws or those keen to simply sip tea and learn floral arranging were locals or came from Wagga Wagga and surrounding areas and went away with a vase of beautiful flowers and a bunch of blooms to take home.

We touched on flower preparation and care of your flowers for extended vase life, some basic principles to floral arranging and my personal style of texture, colour grouping and addition of natural and seasonal foliages.
